« Nice place but ad was misleading as it shows 2 queen beds in seperate rooms but one of them was locked we couldn't access. The thermostat is locked so you can't control your own heat you have to message the host to ask them to turn it up or down. Worst was the window in the bedroom does not open. When I asked host what I was doing wrong I was told they did not want the window to open. I was concerned about the fire safety issue as no windows opened in the entire place and I mentioned that but...

« This property has so much potential. The beds were very comfortable! But some downsides. It’s very steep stairs and the light doesn’t come on until half way down. It’s a hazard. We didn’t have the right password for the wifi and it did get corrected, but since we arrived late, we ended up not watching TV- which we had wanted to do- because the owner was working. Also there were no towels in the place and so they were going to drop off the next day, which did not happen until after we left. Plus...

« Everything that you would expect when travelling far from home, you will find it in this spacious and cosy loft! Well situated and not far from Calgary downtown. The managers answered very fast to our requests and/or questions, so everything went smoothly. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom has a very comfy bed and the living room suited for long stays (TV, games etc). So we rated it 5 stars without reservations! Thanks to Mya and Daniel! »
