Disappointing, unsafe, disasterous stay with zero help from hotels.com We booked a 5 night stay and checked out less than 24 hours into it. We booked another hotel in Kata which best suited our family. Powertools left unattended next to the pool. Bits of wire, rubble and rubbish left everywhere including at the top of the slide. Dirty stagnant water everywhere.
