"Older building, they tried to renovate and remodel. It was clean(er). Mostly empty when we were there. Staff were average. Our room had a fly in it (odd for the winter) and there was a smell coming from the A/C even though the filter was clean. It was fine for what it was needed for - a quick overnight stay before taking a flight out. "

"Hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. There was always someone near the front entry to help, answer questions, get a cab, etc. My 3 rating has to do with our Expedia VIP status. I booked this hotel for that reason. On check-in, we weren’t acknowledged as VIP, no upgrades, no higher floor for view, no free breakfast , etc. I had to ask about it at checkout and was told we had an $18 food credit. When it cost us over $1200 to stay for 4 nights, I would expect more than an $18 credit. We wouldn’t consider this a VIP hotel, as all other VIP hotels we have booked in the past have gone above and beyond."

"Stayed due to home repairs. Very clean and staff was great. No pool as it is seasonal. Small bathroom but was ok for 2 nights and 2 people. Family would (imo) struggle. Very friendly staff and accommodating. "

"Front desk staff upon check-in was friendly and efficient. The late night staff was short and didn't seen to enjoy their job much. Hotel and room was very clean! There are no coffee makers in the room, which was a bummer "

"For what we paid, it was acceptable but I won’t stay again. The room I selected wasn’t available because housekeeping didn’t show, which was a slight problem but not huge. The room smelled absolutely awful. The carpet needs desperately cleaned. There were still hairs on the floor in the bathroom. There’s a pool but no whirlpool as promised. I’ll definitely plan my next stay closer to my daughter’s campus, the drive, the experience and the lack of food choices negate the savings on the hotel. The blonde woman at the desk is a peach, love her. "

"We only stayed for one night but were very impressed with the accommodations. Bar Central was great! We got a chicken quesadilla and some wine and it was fantastic. Staff were super nice and everything was clean and efficient!"

"Amazing place to stay!! We were passing through and needed a hotel for the night it was right off I35 so very convenient for travel. Staff were very friendly. Nearest restaurant/shopping/fun was about 5 mins away so not bad at all! The place was clean and everyone felt safe. One downside is the shower water got warm but not hot. Other than that we had a great experience! Would stay again! "

"Hotel room had some darkness to it. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes thankfully, the hotel room did not smell like cigarettes. I could tell it was a sketchy place as soon as I showed up and if my booking did not say no refunds, I would have took my money back and spent 40 more dollars on a better hotel. Vending machine machines did not work and the staff recommended. I go buy drinks from across the street. "
