Had an issue with a dresser drawer and staff was on it right away. They were polite and professional! Everuthing else was amazing. We will be staying here next year!

The property needs to be updated. The rooms need to be updated. Breakfast was basic. Overall for the price of the room and the Resident inn name this hotel felt substandard. Staff was nice and friendly.

This is a dated property that is in need of repair and remodel. Although it is situated in a pleasant location, it has not been maintained sufficiently. The rooms are large and have adequate appliances but I found a discarded piece of pizza under the sofa that suggests that the rooms are not cleaned very well. The property does not have rooms that are inside a central facility but instead the room doors open onto the parking lot. The one bright spot is that the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming

The manager, front desk staff, and breakfast staff are TOP NOTCH people. The manager knew my needs without my asking. I'll be bringing my kids here for our next family trip. Thanks Marriott Residence manager and staff for an amazing stay!

The heat was not on in our unit when we arrived ( mid January typically a cold time) It was 52 degrees in there. Upon turning on the heat it rattled an awful noise allllll night. At 3 am it was still only 67 degrees in there. The mattress was so old and worn. When I sat down I sank quite a bit. Lighting was poor. Only 2 bath towels for 3 adults. And …..it wreeeked of cigarette smoke. The concept is nice but it is extremely outdated and is in dire need of some TLC. I am disgusted I wasted money there. I followed the hotels.com star ratings and feel I was duped. Won’t be back !!!

Wonderful unit as far as size and having everything we needed! Front desk was very helpful and friendly(5 stars). The only negative things I have to say are that the bed was poor.... No support and there needed to be done updates but it's a solid 8/10.

Arrived at 11:30 at night to check in. As we walked into the lobby area, we were immediately told that our room would not be available. The property had overbooked by 10 rooms and our room was one of them. Without looking us up, or confirming our reservation, we were just told we would have to leave since Residence Inn could not accommodate us. When I inquired about my payment for the room, I was assured that it would automatically be refunded. One week later, it has still not been refunded, and now I have to waste more time on this awful experience.

Under the circumstances, we booked a whole weekend but they ran into a water issue in the section we booked. So they booked us a free room for the night at theHampton Inn by the airport. It didn't have the amenities we needed but both hotels together helped us get what we needed to have. The gentleman at the front dest was amazing and furthered discounted our room beyond my military discount. The Residence Inn by Marriott exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you

The first room they gave me smelled of cigarette smoke (later found a cigarette in the toilet) and there were several bugs present (two upon entering the room, one in the tub, and one in the kitchenette). The second room was better.

By far the dirtiest room ever in any Marriott property. Spider webs, un-vacummed closet, dirty bathroom, sticky kitchen floor, dirty blinds. Yellow water out of the faucet. The place needs a serious update.

There was a significant amount of hair from the previous guests on the floor and in the bathroom indicating the room had barely been cleaned. Grounds unkept. Decent property overall but not well maintained. Mattresses/bed were old and in need of replacing.

Property was perfect for our families. The 4 penthouses we rented were not as clean as one would expect for a property with the Marriott name. The rest of the property was clean and work was being done to improve the buildings.

It was okay.
The common areas are nice and updated. The parking is a bit tight. The kitchen in the room was nice, but the silverware was greasy. Some of the bedding was stained, but the beds ere comfortable. I think the property is just old and needs an update. Loved the concept--my kids got to sleep in separate beds, which was nice. Place was pretty quiet.

Cleanliness 2 stars due to multiple disgusting stains on comforters and blankets. Bugs in the room (not bed bugs). Little hairs all over everything, and the smell of stale smoke. Every staff member I spoke to was incredible, however. One of the toilets in my room did not flush fully and the same went for the bathrooms right off the lobby- reason why 3 stars. Essentially, the room was met the space needs of my large family, but cleanliness left something to be desired.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!! Should have know, when we approached the outdoor entrance to the room, dirty with debris around. This DID NOT look anything like the pics displayed on the website. The bathroom was awful. The tub had a permanent yellow ring, the shower curtain was threadbare, and the towels were thin and worn.(one had hair on it, so I assumed it was from the last guest!) I didn't even use the tub or shower! The sheets were thin and cheap along with the pillows. We had a restless night and got out of there at 7:30 in the morning. This looked like a very worn out room with little maintenance. Very surprised that MARRIOT has their name attached to it. I let the front desk person know this when we checked out and she seemed unconcerned.

At first glance, it looked nice. Good space, looked clean, had everything we wanted. Unfortunately, sleep was an issue. The bed was old and any movement from one of us send an "earthquake" to the other. We didnt get much sleep. To make matters worse, my wife ended up with about a dozen bed bug bites. Needless to say, we'll be staying somewhere else nest time we go to visit friends in KZoo.

The staff, especially the gentleman working the desk were excellent. Due to the necessity of a longer stay they were very acommodating, helpful, kind and considerate. The room was comfortable and perfect for family coming in for visits to the nearby hospital. Grateful. Would stay again.

The front desk person Shelby is incredible. She went out her way to ensure we liked our room, even moving us. When the Wi-Fi didn't work with my laptop she came down and fixed it. This type of property is a lot to keep maintained. It needed a refresh in many areas. The hot tub was taken out a few years ago. Over all ok.
