"Room wasn’t that clean and there was damage to the walls, most likely from luggage. However, the room was larger than normal which was the only positive. Staff were not always available at front desk. Location ok. No breakfast available even though website says there is."

"Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Apparently, this is a..."

"Beautiful view and smack middle of a lot of stores and transit is less than a 3-5 minute walk. I loved how clean it was and the view was amazing. I gave it 4 stars for amenities because you can’t use the in room washer but you can ask the front desk instead and they’d guide you. I personally would have paid more if I could use the washer :)"
