"We love Shilo. They are taking forever to do remodeling and the pool area is closed but the staff is super friendly and the rooms are big so it suits us"

"New and clean, friendly staff , fantastic amenities, great breakfast! Only feedback less than perfect 10’s was 1) it was a too long cold walk to get to the heated hot tubs and pool at far end of property (no access through owned units section) 2) t though the gondola is just right across the street. They’re way too many stairs to get to ground level and there’s no crosswalk.if you’re in ski boots it’s challenging so we ended up driving to the ski lodges "
