« Check in and check out we’re super easy. The staff were really helpful and kind. The condo was clean and well managed. The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to Canyon so you didn’t have to mess with parking or shuttles. And huge convenience of a locker that came with the unit at canyon so you don’t have to carry your stuff up and back »

« As this original unit, Gull House, was listed as 3 bedroom and was only 2 and a loft, Rainbow Ridge let us change to Johnson Suite #2\. This unit was really nice and we were happy to have what we signed up for and pay the difference. However, after checking in, communication was beyond unacceptable. We were expected to troubleshoot the heat system (would not go above 62) and smoke alarm (beeped low battery at 2am) Calls were not returned and office was closed when stated it would be open.2...

« The property was exactly as advertised and it was an amazing stay! The unit itself was lovely, everyone had a comfortable stay and the location near Eagle Lodge and near all the restaurants/supermarkets was very convenient. The amenities on-site were also very nice with the sauna and jacuzzi after a day on the slopes. The host was very engaging to my queries on the VRBO app, and made sure that we had all the necessary information for our stay. »

« We had an incredible stay! We were three families traveling with one-year-olds, and the house couldn’t have been a better fit. It was thoughtfully stocked for kids and had plenty of extra spaces for naps and playtime outside the bedrooms. The biggest problem we had was the master bedroom window was broken and opened a crack, which normally would not be a problem (we like fresh air) but with the poor smoky air quality we woke to a heavy smoke smell in that room only. We were able to go outside and push the window back in to lock it. »

L'hôtel, composé d'un bâtiment principal et de petits "chalets " repartis au milieu des arbres, est chaleureux, ambiance montagne, mais vieillissant. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la salle de bain et le personnel, notamment le responsable, a été très réactif, courtois et très professionnel. Nous avons apprécié !"

En somme: on est peut être mal tombés mais pas de piscine et pas de petit dej; le rapport qualité prix est du coup plus le même!"
