"We had a good stay here once we were able to get into the house--the message we received with check-in information provided both the wrong house number and wrong door code. We could not reach the property manager to get the correct code (granted, we arrived at around 11pm and VRBO was able to eventually reach them), but fortunately we guessed the correct code. The wifi also went out completely 2 days into our stay. The house did have everything we needed and proximity to the valley was great."

"My little family and I stayed at this cabin during Easter weekend. We were greeted with a somewhat unexpected snowstorm the first night but it absolutely made this trip even better! The neighborhood had the roads plowed by 6 am and the driveways were being worked as well. Our driveway was cleared by 7:30. The cabin was perfect and we had the best time. The cabin was clean, well stocked with the necessities, the layout was perfect, just all around a perfect cozy cabin. We enjoyed a nice warm fire...

"Great chalet in the mountains of yosemite! Kids loved the wood stove and the loft. Laundry was great. Checkin was delayed due to staffing issues, but they took care of us in the end. Vintage stove and sink bring challenges if not used to operating, but the charm is wonderful and we were able to cook all our meals. Definitely would stay again! Super cozy feels!"

The kitchen was spacious, the beds were comfy. A late season storm almost snowed us in. The owners’ staff were incredibly helpful and kind. "We have stayed at Yosemite West at least 6 other times, booking through other listing agents. Never had any issues. We are always 100% satisfied and happy with everything.. Not so much this time through VRBO/Vacasa. #1. There is no phone in the unit. There are signs all over that tell you a number to call with issues, but that number is to an out of state place... not someone local to deal with anything.. AND - since there is no cell reception.. and no phone... the only way to deal with any...
