This condo has great views of the Mammoth Crest. New flooring and couches as of 2024\. This condo is convenient to the ski back trail in the winter and the uptown/downtown trails for mountain biking in the summer and fall. It is also close to the pool and spa. Bed Arrangement: With two large bedrooms downstairs, the master features a queen bed and it's own tv The second bedroom features a queen bed with a set of twin bunk beds and its own tv this condo is comfortable enough for 6 people. Upstairs, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and the living room has a sofa sleeper and TV. Upstairs also has a bathroom. The unit is conveniently located five stairs from the garage so packing in and out is not a chore. This is a relaxed Mammoth adventure place your family, friends and pet will come back to over and over again. Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps 6 comfortably | | Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises. You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street. Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold. The TV's in the bedrooms are from the 1980's. The Livingroom couch is old, dirty and should be replaced. Bedding was smelly and disgusting. This condo is totally over priced given its shabby condition. I don't recommend this condo to any family! Call the manager, they say the water heater tank is only good for one person! Seriously? so much money a night for one person?! And did I say the toilet and showers were disgusting? Let me start with positives. The location was AMAZING. Short, easy walk (5-10 minutes) directly to the Canyon lifts. The unit had a nice patio that wasn't in the pictures. Each room had an adequate heater. And the property managers were responsive. Now for the negatives. The entire downstairs does have a strong odor of dog pee. It is nice that this unit allows pets but it is unfortunate that there is a lingering smell of dog urine. Overall, it was a decent place to stay if your main goal is skiing/snowboarding and you'll only be in the rooms to sleep. ##### Erica W.
