We spent a lot of time on the back deck in the morning and evening. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the chipmunks and rabbits we saw out back. I mean, it was hard to tell since it was under 18 feet of snow, but we can’t wait to go back! Lol! Worked great for our family of four. Had a roaring fire every night, cooked almost all meals in, and stayed cozy in the warm beds. 1 mile drive to June Mountain was easy. Wifi was not great but admittedly didn’t ask property manager about it. Was able to leverage hotspot. Be prepared to hand wash all dishes. Roku TV made family movie night easy.
