« The property was in a quiet location with lots of trees. The parking spots for this condo were in an area with a very tight driveway, where you had to navigate pine trees to get into it. The unit itself was in a state of repair where drywall had been done on the wall, but not painted. It was a very comfortable unit and we had a great time. I think it was overpriced for the condition that it was in. »

« As this original unit, Gull House, was listed as 3 bedroom and was only 2 and a loft, Rainbow Ridge let us change to Johnson Suite #2\. This unit was really nice and we were happy to have what we signed up for and pay the difference. However, after checking in, communication was beyond unacceptable. We were expected to troubleshoot the heat system (would not go above 62) and smoke alarm (beeped low battery at 2am) Calls were not returned and office was closed when stated it would be open.2...

The master suite on the second floor had a comfortable bed and trundle beds. The loft featured four single beds, and each of the downstairs bedrooms had a queen bed. Prévoir la lessive (dosettes faciles a transporter) par contre. Wifi ne fonctionnait pas, mais pas grave pour nous. Petit déjeuner tres bien, salé et sucré. »

Et le petit déjeuner: plus rien à 8h30 et personne ne réassort, il ne restait plus que des céréales... En somme: on est peut être mal tombés mais pas de piscine et pas de petit dej; le rapport qualité prix est du coup plus le même! »

"L'environnement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel : forêt, vue sur le lac, très calme. L'hôtel, composé d'un bâtiment principal et de petits "chalets " repartis au milieu des arbres, est chaleureux, ambiance montagne, mais vieillissant. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la salle de bain et le personnel, notamment le responsable, a été très réactif, courtois et très professionnel. Nous avons apprécié !"

"Nous avons récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel de type camping. Bien que le personnel ait été très accueillant, l'état général des lieux est décevant. ​Hébergement : Notre tente n'avait visiblement pas été nettoyée avant notre arrivée. Le sol était plein de terre et de toiles d'araignée, et le coffre-fort dans notre tente était hors service, avec la porte arrachée. ​Sanitaires : L'état des blocs sanitaires est inacceptable. Il y avait de la crasse incrustée sur les carreaux, les murs et autour des robinets. Cette saleté semblait être le résultat d'un manque d'entretien prolongé plutôt que du simple passage des clients. Il n'est pas possible de ressortir plus sale de la douche lorsqu'on y est entré ! ​Nous comprenons parfaitement le concept du camping et son côté rustique, mais il y a des limites. J'ai séjourné dans des campings dans des pays bien moins développés qui étaient pourtant mille fois plus propres. Il est regrettable de constater que l'entretien semble avoir été sacrifié, car cela ne correspond pas à l'image magnifique que le parc donne à ses visiteurs.""
