The parking spots for this condo were in an area with a very tight driveway, where you had to navigate pine trees to get into it. The unit itself was in a state of repair where drywall had been done on the wall, but not painted. It was a very comfortable unit and we had a great time. There are holes in the walls, unpainted walls. The kitchen is missing a lot of items, such as service plates, baking dishes, foil, cellophane that you normally find in a VRBO. The unit handbook is 30 years old and has dated materials. Many items in the kitchen were unwashed as well as the BBQ had to be completely cleaned. Jan 28, 2020 Liked: Check-in, location #### Condo needs heaters The property was decent and the location is great! The issue is that both upstairs space heaters do not work. It was freezing upstairs. The main downstairs heater sounds like it's on its last leg. Twice I thought it actually died and was on the phone to call when it started back up. There's a nice stack of wood on the porch for the wood burning fireplace but it is left uncovered and was therefore wet from the snow. We tried everything to get it to burn but could not get it started and ended up the whole place just smelled of smoke. There's no dishwasher or washing machine and dryer. The cabin had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels which was nice, but there were no clean, new sponges or anything to hand clean the dishes which was a problem since there's no dishwasher. Bring enough duplicates of snow wear because you won't be able to wash and dry any wet clothes. There were only 6 small, thin bath towels provided. Jul 19, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location for Yosemite and Mono Lake Our family stayed at June Lake for a July 4th trip to Tuolumne Meadows in the Eastern part of Yosemite. The condo was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet, and you have your own entrance from an exterior staircase. Check in and check out were easy, and the management was responsive to calls. The condo is close to June Lake, and the area was beautiful and safe. T-Mobile cell signal works for calls and text but not data, for those who need to know, but the condo's wifi worked well. All was really good. One exception. The last tenant left a porn site on the internet on the downstairs smart tv. I caught it and erased it before my kids may have accidentally seen it. My advice would be to have the cleaning crew or maintenance check all televisions and smart tv's to make sure the previous tenants searhes and web pages are erased before the new tenant arrives. ##### Elias Montano ### 10/10 Excellent #### John X. Water warms up really quickly.
