We spent a lovely week at Ker Catherine villa with our two boys. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and relaxing in the sunshine in the lovely garden. Thank you Catherine and Stephane for being such welcoming hosts. We hope to return soon!

The house was burgled. Police very efficient, made full report next day at headquarters. Items of wife jewellery stolen from her suitcase. Owner tells us we are covered on her insurance via text. We checked the VRBO contract which confirmed the relevant clause for the owner to comply. On return the owner stated that her insurance would NOT cover our losses! Await VRBO to sort out.

Maison très agréable et très propre, et je sais ce que je dis car j ai eu déjà quelques mauvaises expériences, propriétaires accueillants et disponibles (merci beaucoup !), si j ai l occasion c est sûr ns reviendrons ici (je garde précieusement vos coordonnées) , et de plus tout peut se faire a pied ( courses, marchés, boulanger, plage,…) et qu aux alentours il y a plein de choses à voir !… merci

Man kann einfach nichts negatives über dieses Haus oder ihre Vermieter sagen . Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich ,zuvorkommen und informativ. Es gibt sogar mehrere Aktien Ordner in denen nicht nur die Gegend sondern auch jedes einzelne elektronische Geräte im Haus erklärt wird. Wir sind schon sehr oft in dieser Gegend gewesen, und haben daher auch schon in so einigen Häusern wohnen dürfen. Dieses Haus gehört ganz bestimmt zu den besten in die wir bisher unseren Urlaub verbringen könnten. Und wir sind uns alle drei einig, wenn wir das nächste Mal in diese Gegend fahren, und der Preis sich nicht erhöht 😎 möchten wir gerne wieder für dieses Haus eine Anfrage machen, um diesen wunderschönen Urlaub noch mal zu erleben.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la « maison verte ». Très propre et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très réactifs (petit problème de cafetière résolu en quelques heures). Merci pour tout.

Das Haus ist sehr schön! Die Wohnküche ist geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, aber gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad befinden sich im Souterrain; sie sind gemütlich. Das einzige, was gestört hat, ist der Geruch nach feuchtem Keller, der aus dem Souterrain-Bereich kam.

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, au calme et pas loin du centre avec tout les commerces à proximité ainsi que la mer et ses plages pour promenades pêche à pied et à la ligne. Bon restaurent, pas loin du mont St Michel, cancale en face pour déguster moules et huîtres et autres coquillages, poissons frais. St Malo sa cité corsaire, dol de Bretagne, etc... ET SURTOUT PROPRIÉTAIRE TRÈS SYMPA ET SERVIABLE. JE REVIENDRAI !!!!? 👍👍👍
