"Great kitchen and backyard. The HVAC system was really nice. TVs in every room were easy to use. The beds and pillows were ok. The dirt road to get to the property was long and bumpy but if you’re expecting it, it’s not difficult to drive."

"We picked this unit over others in the area mainly for it's location to the National Park and it's boasting of it's hot tub and outdoor patio seating. The interior space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was spacious with plenty of seating. Now the drawbacks: the kitchen was not well supplied, cookware was old and in bad shape; lack of any dish clothes or dish towels provided at the time of check-in; no bathmats were provided, and we could not get the TV to connect to the Internet even after they sent someone out to fix it; the back patio hadn't been sweep or table/chairs cleaned for a while; the hot tub was cloudy and musty smelling. We requested that the water be drained, filled, and treated, however, this was not done while we were there for the 3 nights. For the price we expected more."

"We recently stayed here and appreciated the location, aesthetic, and well-stocked kitchen, along with great blackout curtains for sleeping in. However, the home is not well-suited for families or multiple guests as advertised. There is only one bathroom with no fan, and both doors have large gaps at the bottom, offering very little privacy—everything can be heard. The space is very minimal, and the TV area only had a thin blanket, which didn’t add much comfort. Supplies were limited (one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher tab), which felt insufficient for a multi-night stay. One other thing—the mounted “luxury” shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were actually filled with Kirkland (I recognized it from using it before), which felt a bit misleading."

"Amazing spot! Had everything we needed, all in a perfect location with beautiful grounds and views! Joel stopped by to introduce himself and make sure everything was okay on our first day there. Cannot recommend this little gem in the desert enough! Certainly hope to return one day!"
