While we encourage taking walks on this property and in the National Park, please do not wander into our neighbor's backyards in the surrounding area as you will be trespassing on private property. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. The hot tub was perfectly situated under breathtaking stars with an insanely convenient and necessary lighted path with switches on both ends of the walk. The house was sealed off from the bugs at night well, there were the occasional grasshopper intruders but as far as bugs in the desert goes, this place was really well sealed. The location was surrounded by adorable chuckwalla lizards. We did see a coyote peering in the side door one night but that’s to be expected in the desert (we brought our chihuahua a coyote vest and kept him close at all times). The location was also so easy to hop into town and back. And on top of everything the design of the house was so breathtaking and inspiring!!! It really is a gem in the desert!!We would absolutely enjoy the opportunity to stay here again on a future visit! ##### Madison L. This is now our favourite . You have the beauty of nature's design and the beauty of man's design. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. A pleasure to return to every day and also a good place just to hang out. Very convenient to the Park for hiking. Just an excellent experience. ##### Eve M.
