There is no trespassing allowed and ample warning signs leading up to the house regarding this. Authorities will be called if someone approaches the house for a photo. However, please know their desire to take a photo of the architecture is a compliment to the home and to your great taste and we appreciate your understanding as management deals with people who cannot read signs and respect boundaries. Joshua Tree National Park is a breathtaking expanse of desert wilderness, renowned for its unique Joshua trees and stunning rock formations. Visitors can explore miles of hiking trails and enjoy rock climbing. Keys View offers panoramic views of the Coachella Valley, while the Cholla Cactus Garden showcases thousands of cacti. Skull Rock is an iconic formation, and Pioneertown provides a glimpse into the Old West. Guest Access: You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. 2 extra day guests may be approved, but the county restricts occupancy to 4 after 8pm. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled at will. We do have a security camera fixed on the driveway of the property to monitor the number of people arriving. While we encourage taking walks on this property and in the National Park, please do not wander into our neighbor's backyards in the surrounding area as you will be trespassing on private property. Also note, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO USE OF OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLES (OHV) IN THIS AREA. The Neighborhood: Monument Manor is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Joshua Tree area given its immediate proximity to the park and breathtaking vistas of the area’s signature Craggy Mountains and desert plants. When you’re ready for some outdoor adventure, Joshua Tree National Park’s West Entrance is just 2 minutes away by car. Searching for great eats, drinks, shops, and things to do? This is now our favourite . You have the beauty of nature's design and the beauty of man's design. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. A pleasure to return to every day and also a good place just to hang out. Very convenient to the Park for hiking. Just an excellent experience. ##### Eve M. The house was set up really well and had everything we needed — even down to an extension cord and a martini shaker. The bed was extremely comfy. The hot tub was perfectly situated under breathtaking stars with an insanely convenient and necessary lighted path with switches on both ends of the walk. The house was sealed off from the bugs at night well, there were the occasional grasshopper intruders but as far as bugs in the desert goes, this place was really well sealed. The location was surrounded by adorable chuckwalla lizards. We did see a coyote peering in the side door one night but that’s to be expected in the desert (we brought our chihuahua a coyote vest and kept him close at all times). The location was also so easy to hop into town and back. And on top of everything the design of the house was so breathtaking and inspiring!!! It really is a gem in the desert!!We would absolutely enjoy the opportunity to stay here again on a future visit! ##### Madison L.
