« This being only our second time to be in Gatlinburg, we were not sure what to expect. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view was great and we had a chance to see a beautiful big black bear down below our balcony which was exciting to see. Our visit to Gatlinburg could not have been any better. »

« We loved the view and the balcony so much and all the ubers/lyfts who helped us get up and down the mountain all weekend were so amazing and welcoming! It was so quiet and clean! The balcony screen door was broken which isn’t a big deal at all, there wasn’t a bottle opener and it did smell a lot like smoke but also didn’t matter in the long run! Such an amazing stay and we plan to make this an annual trip so thank you for being the first! »

« If you are all about location, this is the place. You are far enough from the city for it to be quiet, but still close enough to everything without dealing with long, winding roads. The owner is easy to work with and very helpful. The place is nice, cozy, and was great for bringing our dog. It could use some repairs and interior updates, but overall it was a pleasant and reasonably priced stay. »

« We very much enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. Nice and quiet but still close to all the action on the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Loved the deck facing the hills in the beautiful weather. The birds were always singing. Definitely would stay again if we get back to the area. »
