Nestled in the serene beauty of the mountains, this charming retreat offers a sanctuary where you can unwind after exhilarating days of adventure, perhaps with a steaming cup of cocoa beside a crackling fire.

Indulge in the convenience of complimentary WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen adorned with sleek granite countertops and modern appliances, and access to a refreshing shared pool and soothing hot tub within the Windswept Condominium complex. The pool and hot tub are seasonal and usually open from the end of May until the end of September.  
  
Awaken each morning to the aroma of a hearty breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, then ascend to the second level of the complex to savor your coffee amidst breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains from the communal deck.  
  
As the day unfolds, soak up the sunshine by the pool or luxuriate in the hot tub's soothing embrace until twilight descends. For cozy evenings indoors, an array of board games awaits, complemented by flat-screen TVs for entertainment. Stoke the wood burning fireplace, drift into sweet dreams, and anticipate another day brimming with adventure.  
  
The condo features two inviting bedrooms, each boasting its own full bathroom. Choose between a king bed or two queen beds, and enjoy the convenience of a flat-screen in each bedroom.  
  
Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with a queen-size pullout sleeper sofa, a generous flat-screen TV, and a traditional wood-burning fireplace (there are plenty of convenience stores in the area where wood can be purchased). Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and game rooms offer captivating vistas, particularly enchanting during the winter months.  
  
Younger guests will delight in the small children's play area, while the sunroom doubles as a game room, featuring classic arcade games like Pac-Man and Donkey Kong.  
  
Venture beyond the condo to discover Gatlinburg's myriad attractions, including Ober Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, all within a five-mile radius.

Prior to your arrival, expect detailed driving directions and check-in instructions for a seamless start to your mountain retreat. Parking is abundant within the condominium complex. We provide a "starter" pack of soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Also all bed linens and bath towels are provided. Due to hygiene concerns, we do not provide any types of food products which can be carried over from one guest to another.  
  
While you're free to indulge in outdoor grilling, kindly bring your own supplies. Please note that pets are not permitted on the property, and smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of pets or indoor smoking will incur a $500 charge.  
  
Sunrise Mountain View is located high in the mountains, which means a bit of steep, curvy driving for a short distance, however all roads are well paved and no problem for any vehicle, unless there is snow. No matter where you stay in the mountains, whether it's in a condo, cabin, or hotel in town, if you come during snow, which is actually quite rare, you should have a four wheel drive vehicle. Any other time a four wheel drive is not necessary.  
  
If you are coming to the area for specific events or attractions such as Dollywood, snow skiing at Ober Gatlinburg, etc., please be sure to check their websites to confirm their operating days and hours.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.  
  
Any maintenance problems reported after 5pm will not be addressed until the following day, unless it is an emergency such as broken or frozen water pipes, overflowing drain, no electricity, no heat or no air conditioning in extreme temperatures.  
  
Please do not move furniture around as it can damage furniture and floors.  
  
When removing embers or ashes from the fireplace, please insure that they are completely extinguished and dispose of them properly to prevent fires.  
  
Please help us protect the beauty of our area and our wildlife (especially bears). Do not leave any food or waste in an open area which can attract bears and other wildlife. Excess garbage can be placed in the dumpster near the complex entrance.  
  
Please leave all remotes in the rooms you find them in as the remotes are programmed to that TV.  
  
Absolutely no more than 8 people are allowed on the property at any one time.  
  
Guests must search the property completely before checking out to make sure they are not leaving any personal items behind. Hosts will not be responsible for returning any left items to guests.  
  
Please do not litter in the common areas.  
  
Critters & Wildlife: The condo is professionally treated for pest control on a regular basis. Remember, you are in a condo in the mountains so occasionally there may be bears in the common areas or you may see critters such as lizards, bugs, etc. In these instances, no refund will be given. If there is an unusual pest problem, notify the hosts, and we will make every effort to solve the problem in a timely manner.  
  
To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out.  
  
You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.

We stayed here five nights to explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Gatlinburg area. Communication with the owners and check-in was clear and easy. The home is spacious. It has beautiful views of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped. The WiFi worked well. It was very quiet and peaceful.We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. It was very dusty. The bath tub drain was clogged with hair. We had to clean the pots and pans and kitchen utensils before we used them. The towels and washcloths need to be replaced. There was no kleenex and limited supplies for trash or cleaning.It was not as convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge as we expected. It was a white knuckle drive to and from the condo. The roads are narrow and steep with hairpin and blind curves. So we limited the number of trips and made sure we were back before dark or before rain. But once we were back in the condo, we were able to relax.

What a great place to stay! Up in the mountains, but easy to get to everything! The hosts were amazing in giving us all the information we needed, plus lots of great recommendations of things to do. We will definitely look to book again if we have the opportunity to make it back to Gatlinburg.

The condo was large and clean. The beds tempur-pedic type of bed. The views from the condo were fantastic. The host really did a great job with furnishing the condo. Would stay here again. Having the extra play room was very nice. My wife and I have talked about renting this condo again the next time we return to Gatlinburg.

#### Wonderful Property!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay! With 4 adults and 2 teenagers, we had plenty of room to relax comfortably. The property was peaceful, quiet, very clean, and views did not disappoint- especially from the 3rd floor deck!! The drive is to be expected for staying in the mountains, so be prepared for winding roads with steep inclines, but the directions got us there easily and without issue.The expectations of the property owners are clear and communication was excellent. We were given our key code the day prior to check in and we had no issues just arriving and enjoying the stay!Thankfully, the weather cooperated for our hiking plans, so we didn’t spend too much time inside, but the game room is adorable and would be perfect for curling up with a good book on a rainy day.The complex pool was nice as well. We had the whole place to ourselves one evening.Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!!

Great place. Condo was beautiful, location was excellent. Had everything we needed for our stay. Grandkids had a fabulous time. Saw a bear out the window 10 minutes after arriving. Host kept in contact. Only 10 minutes to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge Would definitely rent this place again.

#### Beautiful/Relaxing Winter Weekend!

3 adults stayed with plenty of room and comfortable beds for each of us. Very clean. Close to the Ski Hill and not bad to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Windy mountain roads for sure. But take your time and you'll have no issues! Plenty of space in the condo for meals, game playing, wood burning fireplace, tv/movie watching, and so much more. Pool is seasonal only. I would absolutely stay here again if in the area. Quiet location and parking was not hard to find. Communication was awesome and much appreciated! Thanks again for a great trip!

#### Wonderful condo!

This condo is exactly as pictured and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing! The drive is mountainous-has some steep inclines and curves but drivable in the summer when we visited. Condo was clean, well equipped kitchen, separate laundry area, a nice dining room and living room. We were very comfortable in this space.

Realmente no esperaba mucho. Solo quería encontrar lugar donde quedarme para poder visitar a mi hija, quien lleva casi 6 años viviendo en Tennesssee. Si embargo, encontré una propiedad super cómoda y segura. La comunicación de los propietarios fué excelente y pude llegar a la propiedad sin dificultad. A final, tratamos de seguir lo mejor posible las instrucciones de "checkout" las cuales estaban escritas en un manual.

Overall a very nice complex high in the mountains which we loved the views. No fault of anyone’s except myself for not reading more closely, but kids were very disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed. Condo was spacious and comfy, big kitchen and plenty of space for the five of us. Beds were a bit hard but fine for a short stay (3 days). Loved the play room and enclosed porch with games/books. Couldn’t really figure out the electronic game as info states PAC man/Donkey Kong but we couldn’t find it. For money, you can’t beat the location and condo…thank you!

We loved staying here! The Christmas decor added to the fun! My kids loved the game room and kid play room! We specifically visited this area to visit Ober Gatlinburg and the location of this condo was perfect for that. My kids didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be staying again!

#### Clean but Stressful

Overall, the condo was very nice. It was clean and had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. There were TVs in all rooms. The location was convenient. So the property itself was nice. There were a few things about the place we didn't like. There were a few things surprising about it, there was no soap or shampoo for the showers. There was no coffee, not even a couple k-cups to get us started on our first day. The main reason for the review was the level of stress we had about being there. The owners were sending us messages that there were cameras and the neighbors were watching and would call the police if we didnt follow the trash protocol or the pet rules. There were also other things like if there was a stain on the washcloths we would be charged, if it took the cleaners more time than expected we'd be charged... it just felt like they were waiting to catch us doing something and it made it hard to relax and enjoy an otherwise nice condo.

#### Beautiful View and Great Communication with Owners

The view is beautiful! The road is steep and narrow… The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the place smelled musky. I have asthma and had a hard time with my breathing. I am normally not a complainer but the place would be perfect if it were updated and repainted! The communication with the owners was wonderful! A bear tried to get into our vehicles so there was bear prints on the truck… That was awesome!
