Room was clean, mattress was very old and needs replaced, we could feel the springs, out of all 6 floors there was only 1 elevator working and part of the week it was taking 30 minutes just to get on an elevator. Staff was wonderful, balcony ws really nice.

Property was really in need of repairs. Beds were terrible. Looks as if there are people who are living there full time. Not a very safe environment for families. The police were there every day and night for our 5 night stay. I really don't know how this hotel keeps a 6 rating.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming in the mornings. However, the rooms could definitely use some updates, and some of the cleaners were a bit rude. The pools also needed significant improvements. For three days, the glass at the outdoor pool was broken and left unkempt. The indoor pools were decent and functional, but they also needed some updates. Overall, the hotel was usable.

It is an older building that is in the process of being updated. It had everyth8ng we needed, room was clean, elevator was great since we were on the 5th floor. The breakfast was simple but fed us and thats all that matters. We stayed two nights and after two long days at the waterpark it was clean, quiet and comfortable. And you can't beat the low rates!!!

Best part was staff. Although they are going through construction right now. I only stayed one night with my son so didn't get to try the pool out like I would have liked, but if all the elevators had been working at the time I could have since I was on a cane. If not for the sweet staff and the amount you get to choose from for their breakfast I could see the construction as being an issue . I believe this place has potential and have no problem staying here again.

Some renovations were going on the the rooms were clean and the pool and lazy river were very nice. The jets weren't working in the hot tub but it was hot and a nice soak. The breakfast buffet is really nice. This was our second stay and we'll be back again.

Rooms were nice. Beds slept very well. Breakfast was pretty good. Property as a whole was clean. Lazy river was nice and warm. Only complaint was the hot tub wasn't warm at all, but the lazy river made up for it.
