The condo was so cute and typically -Gatlinburg! The bear decor was so nice and kitschy, and we saw 2 bear cubs with their momma at the bottom of Deer Ridge when we first turned in upon arrival, so the scene was set! It was as listed and we so appreciated the detailed information as they included directions, grocery store options, access info, and tidbits about the HOA, it is located on the less busy side of the Smokey National Park which was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed just sitting on the deck to observe the view. The pool is always very clean, there’s on site coin laundry available. My one complaint regarding this specific condo is the lack of cooking utensils. It didn’t have a simple frying pan or spatula to cook eggs or pancakes or anything like that. I don’t like to complain on reviews but the fridge only got slightly cool and freezer does not work - any frozen food we had defrosted overnight. There was some water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom that looks like it may have a little mold which is more just a heads up to the owner. Good stay for a long weekend! The view in pictures does not begin to prepare you. Waking up to coffee on the balcony and ending the night watching the sun disappear with a nice beverage was a blessing. Ed was organized and we received instructions in plenty of time to prepare. The instructions for the address and room entry could not have been more clear to us. We didn’t need anything when we arrived. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, The quarters were cozy and comfortable. It was nice to be away from the city and have a quiet relaxing place to swim, hot tub, and enjoy the sauna. We will be back, if we are near Gatlinburg again!! Thank you Ed. It was comfortable for two adults.Everything functioned as expected, access was a breeze and it was clean!
