There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. We also didn’t know that they were doing free shuttles to better beaches, or we would have joined in on that. Instead, the only thing we could do was hang out by the pool. Tori Ann was great in setting us up on expeditions. The staff was amazing and so friendly, the food was so so. Most of the time it was very dry. We were just expecting very blue and sandy beaches and we’re disappointed that we didn’t get to enjoy that and had to spend a lot of money for the excursions to actually go to blue water and sandy beaches. Even though the staff more than made up for it, it wasn’t what we had hoped for do the amount of money we spent.

Great place to stay, but had seaweed. Food was good. Room was clean. Will stay here again. I recommend. Rooms need some updating and more entertainment. They need to offer more for special occasions like birthdays and Anniversaries like decorations, complimentary things etc.

We were there celebrating our honeymoon and I wish I had chosen another hotel. Each night was a long wait for dinner even though we made reservations. On our 2nd night we were seated and they completely ignored me and husband and didn’t take our order for over 45mins. They only realized when we got up to leave back to our room and the bartender saw us and asked what happened and we explained. He tried to make it up to us and brought our food to our room and apologized. We appreciated his kind hospitality but as far as the other staff no customer service and we didn’t feel very welcome
