"We just enjoyed our second stay! Mo was an outstanding host, always available with helpful recommendations and friendly interaction. The villa was clean and comfortable and everything needed was available. We enjoyed our daily swims in the clean and refreshing pool which is surrounded by beautiful gardens, birds and lizards. The outdoor patio enhanced our stay with comfortable loungers cooled by a fan. The grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant and gorgeous beaches are a 5 minute drive away. Across the street are TNA Sports Bar, The Big Lobster Head and, our favourite, The Rusty Anchor. We enjoyed the beach, lunch and Carla's rum punch at Sunset Horizons on Darkwood Beach. We look forward to staying again at a future date!M. Powers"

"This villa is amazing, with 4 great sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (fantastic water pressure), an enormous kitchen and living area, and that beautiful pool. It is very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed, plus a laundry room with cool boxes to use, and a big barbecue that we cooked on a couple of times. We loved watching all the wildlife outside, particularly the hummingbirds.Alan was extremely helpful from my initial enquiry onwards, he also provides his own guide to Antigua and Barbuda which proved very useful, and answered any other questions I had. The management company met us on arrival and the ladies were a great help during our stay when we had any queries.Calabash is in a great position, just a short walk from Jolly Beach, with supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance, and a very short drive to several other west beautiful coast beaches. We hired a car and found driving pretty easy, they drive on the left and no one drives much above 40mph, we visited the south and west coasts with no issues other than the odd car on the other side swerving a pothole or encountering a herd of goats! Highly recommended, thank you Alan!"

"We were happy to have our host pick us up at the airport as we rented one of their vehicles. Oana and Flo have a fabulous view from their cottage. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings and some dinners with beautiful sun sets. Our hosts were prompt with any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable and we enjoyed fresh mangos from the property. The property is very central to many restaurants and beaches. We would definitely recommend the Caribbean Sea View Cottage! "

"The house was in the perfect location and more than enough size for my family of 4\. We enjoyed the pool, the walk to Jolly Harbour beach and supermarket. The deck is large with plenty of seating areas. Outdoor grill was also great and kitchen well stocked. Also 5 minute drive to some of the best beaches -- Ffryes and valley church took almost no time. And you can walk to plenty of restaurants."

"We we were met on arrival by Tony who was very welcoming and at the end of our stay we were allowed a late check out due to a late flight which we really appreciated.The accommodation is well laid out, comfortable and had everything we needed, the pool area was ideal after a walk back from the beach.There are glorious beaches in walking distance and also eateries such as Fox House or Big Head Lobster, we ate at both and they were excellent. We also ate at Dennis's on Fryyes Beach and again it was very good.Would love to return to Antigua and if we were able we would certainly stay at Shell Cottage, Sugar Fields again."
