We booked reservations to the restaurants that were canceled or not put in the system. They offer canoes but they weren’t available for 4 days due to “maintenance”. Staff was courteous, smiled and said they would address our concerns but nothing was ever done. They said they were gonna come get our bags for checkout. We waited for 30 mins and no one showed up. We ordered breakfast at 8:30am it showed up at 7:30am with the wrong order. We ordered dinner (after they never booked or reservation) and it was a hr late. The AC didn’t work and the light flicker in the bathroom randomly. We went to the bar that closes at 2, the DJ showed up at 12:30 and ended at 1:15\. I moved my coffee table on inch and all four legs collapsed. I reported it and it was removed but wasn’t replaced. Overall that may have been the best option. I swear you can’t make this up. It’s the worst Royalton we’ve even been to and don’t know if we’ll ever go again."
