"Great location and close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and super nice. Other reviews mentioned that it was very loud at night, but during my stay (March 5-8), it was pleasantly quiet. I suppose it just depends on when you go."

The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are."
