"We had no hot water. I called the front desk (which ended up being someone in another country) and they told me to run it longer, even though I had already taken an entire shower and the hot water never came. My daughter took a shower right after, and it still never came. they said they'd send someone immediately and that took 45 minutes. this was at 12:30 am. The next day, still no hot water even though we took a shower earlier in the night hoping that would help. No one bothered to follow up with us to see if we ever got the hot water. This is unacceptable."

"While trying to check in the staff seemed off put by any questions I had. There was zero information on March madness nor any offered. There were no face towels in my room and when I asked for some none showed up for 2 days and I had to ask again just to get them. There was no lotion in the room had to ask for that also. It's kinda funny I'm 55.00 a day for hotel fees and the hotel isn't doing anything for me unless I ask. There was no free play really can't do 25$ in free play. There was not a whole lot to be happy with this hotel. Won't stay here again and I will let people know, not good for a family value either. "

"Overall was fine. Pool was closed - shared pools nearby were packed. Easy convenient access to Cesars Forum where my event was. "

"Although the staff was kind, we had a few issues with our stay. Upon check-in, we were offered a room on a higher floor, which we of course accepted. It was a mistake because the following morning at 9am, there was lots of pounding above us. I called the front desk and turns out they were doing plumbing work. What hotel in Vegas does plumbing early in the morning? The staff did apologize and waived the resort fee for that day. They also offered a new room. However, it was not ready until the late afternoon. They said they would call when it’s ready. I ended up checking at the desk myself and it was ready. I had not received a phone call to notify me like they said they would. I know they waived the fee, but it was not really worth all the inconvenience of changing rooms and getting little sleep that day. Another thing I noticed is the hotel is very outdated and has a bad smell as soon as you walk in. When we walked around other hotels, of course you smell cigarettes sometimes, but not as pungent as at treasure island. Our second room was noticeably nicer than the first room. The first room had a squeaky door, the headboard backing was chipping off, and a lot of overall wear and tear. Also, the first room’s water pressure was fine, but the second’s was way too high to where it felt uncomfortable for me. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel in Vegas. If we could go back, we would’ve paid a bit more to stay at a much nicer hotel. "

"The decor was very beautiful along with the fountain performances. Our fountain view room made the whole experience much more memorable while the staff were always courteous and friendly. However, because it is a casino, the smell of cigarette smoke was always in the air even stepping outside the room into the guest hallways. The smell flared up my allergies even more and made my experience physically unpleasant."

"Checking in was terrible. After finding out what to do and then doing the mobile check-in by the front desk, waiting for the room to be texted to us holding all our luggage too for over half a hour. The first room they gave us wasn’t even the room we reserved. We had to go back to the front desk. They didn’t hold our reservation and we had to stay in the older tower our first night and then we were told to call at noon to arrange our new room. We were told the keys automatically switched to the new room but once again we had to go to the front desk to get new keys. The new room was quite nice, but the hassle with checking in taking forever, not getting our original reservation and having to move really wasn’t great. The pool was quite nice and we enjoyed our time there. The one upside to seeing different rooms was the views."
