« The house was very comfortable and clean with everything provided for the stay. The location is on a quiet street yet only a short walk to an incredible sweet shop and great restaurant. It was awesome to sit on the sun porch and listen to the birds chirping. We loved it. »

« We were impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, food, and drinks. The amenities were top-notch. The house was super clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host’s guidebook was super helpful. The host definitely went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. « The unit is nice and great for a family to have their own rooms. I did not realize it was on the third floor (did not see it mentioned) and wished I had known due to difficulties with stairs. The beds were comfy, and everything was nice. We did not use any of the amenities (pool, cinema, etc) but they seemed to have a lot to offer. Was not a fan of the timeshare push. « Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay. »

« We traveled with friends and our kids and loved this place. There was plenty of room for all of us. The deck was also great to sit out on. The weather wasn’t great when we stayed so we didn’t get to use most of the amenities the resort offers but the indoor pool and hot tubs were great. Breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful and the coffee in the coffee shop was great too. We will definitely be back in the future. »

« On arrival at the property it was obvious that the exterior and gardens were not well cared for at all. Dirty windows, weeds and many spider webs and cobwebs. The interior was extremely well equipped and very spacious, however on further inspection we could see that the house was pretty grubby, especially the kitchen where cupboards and drawers had to be cleaned before use.
