"The grounds are beautiful but we had a couple of concerns. The king mattress in our room was horrible, lumpy and impossible ito sleep on comfortably. We requested a new mattress which was done quickly but the replacement was not a whole lot better. No restaurant just a little bistro that is clearly not large enough to accommodate guests who want to eat or get a drink not enough help. Wait time was not acceptable. "

"The pools and fitness area is top notch, not crowded. The area is manicured and plush. Could hear the train from Busch Gardens, loved that! The room was all we could ask for. This was a great min vacation!"

"I was very pleased with my unit. I spent most of the day touring the area, so I did not use all of the amenities. But the unit was well-furnished and provisioned. All rooms and the bath were clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed having breakfast and one dinner at the on-site restaurant. "

"Check-in was great. She was detailed and friendly and told us about the property. Beds were a bit firm and I could feel one of the bed coils but not enough to bother me. Their pillows were overly filled and uncomfortable. Bathroom ok, yes outdated but it serves the purpose. Room was big and spacious. Free breakfast included but we did not get to check it out because our room was so far from the breakfast area and wanted to sleep in more. Reading previous reviews about breakfast didn't feel...

"Friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would have given all 5 stars throughout if my room had been tidied up each day with new towels every day and beds made. I’ve never ever stayed at a motel before where used towels and cloths are left and new clean ones were not delivered each day. Everything was kept clean, and not making beds would have been acceptable, but not delivering clean towels/cloths each day and not emptying garbage cans is unacceptable. I had to ask for new towels every time...
