It was more spacious and quieter than the busy hotels and convenient to everything in Newport News and a quick 10-min ride to Hampton. « So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. « Booked the stay months in advance pain for our trip, got to our location. ONLY TO FINE OUT THE HOST SAID HE HAD NO RESERVATION FOR THAT WEEK. Ended up in a hotel for 3 nights then cut our vacation short and went home.Very disappointing. »

« The apartment was perfect, nice size and clean. A perfect location to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Water Country. Located in a quiet community and the apartment looks out on the lake. « Issues with damp linens, uneven floors, and unpleasant shower, but the parking situation was horrible. Lastly, and most critically, the parking situation is not ideal and was not explained thoroughly enough. After our first entry to the parking pad, we made a multi-point turn to get out of the residence, since we didn't see any way to pull around, and turned left from the pad into the alleyway.
