"This was an excellent location. The parking lot was large enough to accommodate all of the vehicles. The front desk receptionist was great- friendly and efficient at both check in and check out. We walked to a nearby restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful meal. We felt safe walking back to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel."

"This is our first time visit at Kingsmill property for 4 nights and 5 days,,and we loved every bit of it. The condo was amazing with all the amenities and the staff and services were to the top!! Our stay was smooth as everything was in a walking distance. The river pool was beautiful with most delicious drinks and food.. The condo view was astonishing!! The whole stay was just like Home away from a home…!! Highly recommend!!"

"I will admit when I first saw the property I was a little skeptical however it is a older property it's been around in Williamsburg forever. In this day and age if you're paying $90 for a room you really cannot expect much but at least a clean room and that is what this Howard Johnson provided. I did not get to eat their breakfast but it's smelled good. It is in the area that has shopping, everything that you need if you're on vacation, it is a good vacation spot I did not notice if it had a pool I was only there for one night but overall I would say if you're looking for a budget friendly property that is clean you should give this a try. "
