It was the coldest week of the year and the lockbox was buried under a foot of snow and they had someone come dig it out and open it for us! 9/10 I hold back the 1 because the welcome instructions say the property manager will contact you 2-3 hours before check in. "The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."
