"This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon."

"Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊"

"Overall this was a perfect spot. Kavi was very responsive with questions. Bed(s) were comfortable and sheets were clean. Other than the front door sticking because of age, I would stay here again."

"Great location. Short drive to my favorite restaurants and Church. Place was very up to date and clean. Unit had all that you could need for comfort and beach enjoyment. Property manager could not have been nicer or more helpful. We will be considering this place when ever we are looking to stay in Jacksonville!"
