"I love Margaritaville hotels. I felt sorry for the staff. They were way understaffed especially considering it was the big players championship in town. There was a big lacrosse tournament. They had one girl at the front desk and she was working her tail off so shame on Management for allowing that the poor guy’s in ballet, you had to wait forever for your car because it was so busy it does affect your stay when you have to wait 45 minutes in line. Wi-Fi went out multiple times two days, but it was storming so I can’t really say that’s their fault but the staff is unbelievably courteous in the hotel itself is in great condition. "

"This was the perfect home base for us as we attended The Players championship and explored Neptune Beach. Lovely spot, photos are accurate. Host is VERY communicative and easy to work with! One note: bring your own hangers! Highly recommend!"
