The host was great but everything went so well that we did not need to reach out. Slept 10 very well. Dining table had 12 chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and their was ample refrigerator freezer in the main kitchen and a refrigerator in the gaming room which we used for drinks. The grill worked well. All the beds were comfortable and there was ample towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. I cant think of anything that was not supplied. The top floor washer and dryer was very convenient. The backyard is fenced and very safe for our grands ages 2,3,4,5! This was the perfect place for our family vacation. I would give it 12 stars out of 10! The owner was very responsive to our questions. Location was amazing. It is super close to everything you could need in Jax Beach. The host easy to communicate with and the house was amazing. Great place to host family/friends for a weekend with amazing living spaces to include the game room garage, the open space living room and the backyard with the fire pit.
