Sois disant on aura le remboursement sous un délai d'un mois ( dans les autres hôtels on prend juste l'empreinte de notre CB). A part cela, l'hôtel très bien positionné pour le levé du soleil magnifique et piscine très bien »

"Cer hôtel et les chambres ont vraiment besoin de rénovations. Pas à la hauteur d'un hébergement habituel de la gamme que l'on doit avoir d'un Hyatt. J'ai été au Hyatt Place Montreal Airport, il y a trois semaines et cet hôtel situé à Montréal QC Canada, était A1, vraiment très propre et tout ameublements récents, dont la douche vitrée, dans la salle de bain. Malheureusement le Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport est à éviter."

"Proche de l'autoroute, le stationnement avant et arrière très grand, l'arriver le hall est grand l'accueil très biens reçus avec le sourire,un chariot à ta disposition pour les bagages, si il y à un employé je ne le sais pas je fait mes chose moi-même, je suis au 3 ièm chambre 327 au côté de l'ascenseur, la chambre est wow je voyage pas beaucoup mes un lit king confortable une bonne nuit pour le reste de la chambre un bureaux des prise de courent partout tu cherche pas pour t'es appareils petit halle du bureaux à la salle de bain ou est la cafétière,un coffre de sécurité une place pour ta valises petit garde-robe planche à repasser et fer, sèche cheveux et la sallle de bain très bien. ps pour la prochaine fois je ne voudrais pas à côté de l'acenseur pas pour le bruits de l'acenseur mais pour les cliens il ne respecte pas la chambre il parle fort, et pour le petit halle du bureaux et la salle de bain une instalation d'une lumière.Merci "

"Lors de mon arrivée l’accueil a été froid, puis on m’a annoncé un problème avec ma réservation (au lieu de 4 nuits il n’y avait plus qu’une). Le lendemain matin j’étais en quête d’un nouvel hôtel. Et là , à la réception, j’annonce mon départ aux deux membres de l’accueil. À la surprise générale, tout était arrangé . Je tenais à remercier mille fois DJ qui a été hyper accueillante et hyper professionnelle pour le restant du séjour et merci mille à Katie pour m’avoir aidée . C’est 2 personnes mériteraient d’être valorisées . Un grand merci à cette équipe de Best Western."

"L'arrivée surprenante car on nous demande de payer 100$ par CB pour la caution, et on ne nous la rembourse pas au départ !!! Sois disant on aura le remboursement sous un délai d'un mois ( dans les autres hôtels on prend juste l'empreinte de notre CB). A part cela, l'hôtel très bien positionné pour le levé du soleil magnifique et piscine très bien "

"Excellent hôtel! Tout est super beau. L’immense cour intérieure est magnifique. La piscine intérieure est idéal en cas de pluie et les enfants ont apprécié. Que dire du petit-déjeuner inclus. Ce fut un excellent déjeuner digne d’un restaurant avec plusieurs options de repas et des omelettes spéciales faites par un chef. On a eu un excellent séjour en famille!"
