"Very nice place to stay everyone is very friendly place is very clean will stay again"

"Yes, the price and location are great. However, don’t be fooled! "Really nice owners, room very clean"

"Best Motel in Gainesville, let me tell you. "

"Good stay great price great staff"

" floors were filthy and bed very uncomfortable. Looks like long term renters also stay there as well. Location was great. Building looks run down. A lot better hotels in same location that I would have chosen. "

"Easy, streamlined check-in process."

"Don't stay here"

My husband had a severe allergy attack while staying here. We didn't ask for a new room because we had...
