« The property was kept at a clean and tidy condition. Less than 20-minute's drive to/from the airport and to/from the towncenter of Queenstown. There were excellent views from the lounge and bedrooms. The property must be accessed through an outdoor staircase of steel structure of about two storeys high from the carpark space. This requires additional efforts to take in/out large bagages. The property is highly recommended. »

« It was very well looked after. The little touches that made it comfortable were very thoughtful. High quality appliances. We didn’t seem to lack anything. Close to Arrowtown which is a must visit. Affordable accommodation for a place like Queenstown. Only recondition is that you must get a car and be prepared to spend on Uber easts or driving into town. There isn’t much in the way of food in the are but the local woodfire pizza was pretty good. »

"En arrivant à la réception de l'hôtel, l'on m'annonce que j'ai été surclassé 😊.. En effet j'avais réservé une chambre sans vue sur le lac et je me retrouve avec une chambre avec vue sur le lac... Peut-être parce que je suis membre gold en ce moment... Toujours est-il que ce fut une très agréable surprise. Les repas et les petits déjeuner furent très bons et beaucoup de choix pour le petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine, du jacuzzi et d'un sauna (d'une capacité de 10 personnes) la chambre etait spacieuse et la literie de bonne qualité "

"Les logements proposés sont très vieux donc aucune isolation tant sonore que pour l'humidité. Nous entendons tous les bruits même si les gens à côté et au dessus ne font pas spécialement exprès. Ouvrir un robinet, ventilation, conversation ou rires, l'impression d'être tous les uns avec les autres. C'est vraiment dommage car le cadre est magnifique, le personnel très serviable et c'est très bien placé par rapport au centre ville puisque accessible à pied. "

"Nous avions choisi un appartement familial avec deux chambres et finalement les lits étaient dans la même pièce séparés d'un simple rideau et ne correspondait pas aux photos du site hotel.com. Nous avons pu changer de chambre grâce aux réceptionnistes compréhensives mais la chambre donnée était moins bien que celle réservée. Il n'y a eu aucun geste commercial pour compenser. Difficile de se garer autour. Je ne recommande malheureusement pas cet hôtel."
