We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient to town centre. Breakfast was a bit basic but easy if that’s what you want. No cooking facility so great for a couple of nights or if you eat out.

Nice property…We did not face any issues. Very close to the airport is convenient and away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. Some quality restaurants nearby (recommend Jasmine Thai). Our room had a washer and drier. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and free parking.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The fridge broke on day two and our food was spoiled but fridge was replaced. The TV remote controls did not work. There was coffee but no milk. Our last nights in Queenstown were enhanced with the awesome room which included laundry in the room. Bathroom had heated towel bar. We were able to wash all our cloths before leaving for home which was a big convivence not having to perform that choir after the trip.
