Summary:  
Modern premium studio room in the Marina complex. Limited views. Sunny and warm, stylish with ensuite bathroom, king size bed, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Free carpark and wifi. A great location in an apartment complex on the lakefront and Queenstown trail.

Located in an apartment complex, right on the lake front. Close to marina, cafe, craft brewery, beach and cycle trail.  
The apartment is perfectly nestled half way between Queenstown and Frankton. Five Mile shopping and Queenstown airport is only 2km away. Downtown Queenstown is only 5km away (or 9 min drive).
