"初めて利用させていただきました。 家族４名での利用です。 チェックイン用の端末を上手く見つけられず、最初手間取りましたが、端末の操作自体は問題ありませんでした。 交通量の多いところですので、急いでいる方はゆとりを持ってチェックインされた方がいいと思います。 お部屋は家具家電が揃っており、今回洗濯はしませんでしたが、洗濯機だけでなく洗剤も置いてあったので、使いたい方はありがたいと思いました。 洗面所のゴミ箱に、前に止まられていた方の分なのか使用済み歯ブラシが残っていたのは少し気になるところですが、あとは気になりませんでした！"
