I loved staying here. Very spacious and nice. I loved being in the corner unit with all the windows. I only have 2 complaints. 1 is that the door is super annoying to lock when leaving. I always had to unlock it to get it to lock from the outside which just wasted time. 2 is that there is no ironing board. It's super inconvenient and I ended up having to wash and rewear the same outfit every day because all of my other clothes were wrinkled. If they added that, the stay would be perfect.

深夜に激しい騒音があり、何度も起こされて大変不快な思いをしました。 安全面の不安もあったため、ホテル側へ「管理会社への確認」や「必要であれば通報対応」をお願いしましたが、 対応は“監視カメラを見ただけ”で終わりでした。 監視カメラで確認できなかったという理由で、 実際に起きている騒音が軽く扱われ、事実そのものが否定されたような印象を受けました。 宿泊者が困っているのに、これ以上の調査や対応を全く行わない姿勢にも驚きました。 結果的に原因特定も改善もされず、不安と不快感だけが残る滞在となりました。 問題が起きた際にきちんと対応してもらえないため、安心して泊まれる環境とは言えないと感じました。

部屋がキレイだった。お風呂もバストイレ別々でファミリーで利用しやすい。 無人チェックイン、チェックアウトも説明がわかりやすくスムーズにできた。 立地も良い→周辺に飲食店多数あり、コンビニあり、地下鉄駅近く、福岡ドームからは35分歩くが混雑なく歩ける距離

子連れ旅行には、キッチン、洗濯機があるのがとてもありがたいです！ 清潔感もあり、とても過ごしやすかったです！ 部屋に入る前の廊下の壁紙がもう少し明るい色だと安心感があります！
