Unique features of Tenjin include the shopping and restaurants. Make a stop by Solaria Plaza or Yatai while you're exploring the area.
Centered in Fukuoka city, Chūō-ku boasts bustling downtown areas like Tenjin and Daimyō, and the renowned Nagahama fish market. Explore attractions such as Fukuoka Art Museum, Ōhori Park, and Acros Fukuoka for a diverse experience.

You can walk almost everywhere in Tenjin and is very safe. There is a lot of food options, shopping, transit, culture and very clean.
Fukuoka must be one of Japan's most underrated cities. The city is very relaxed, clean, easy to get around with fantastic food options. I highly recommend this city to any traveler from Japan.
This is a great place to visit! The canals are beautiful, they are very much like Amsterdam but you get the added benefit of the Yakai food stalls everywhere you walk
Different place than the usual spots such as osaka tokyo etc. Lots of shopping and amazing food. The area is a food lover paradise of options. So many places to eat and food to try.
Great city for amazing food and great nightlife without being as crazy as Tokyo.
