Staff were very very kind and helpful. Always polite and smiling and helping out even though my japanese level is not nearly enough + they also understand and speak english. Multiple and endless restaurants nearby. Easy 15 mins walk to Tenjin if you're looking for some shopping. Train station nearby is also very convenient as it can get you to the airport in less than 15 minutes and is also 2 hops away from Hakata station where you can take bullet trains. Did not try breakfast even though it looked yummy as I believe the price was 2000 yen and you can easily get breakfast anywhere else for half the price. Free coffee & tea pod everyday as well as water bottle. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was great! Super convenient location near Nakasu and the train. Yet not directly on the main street so it wasn’t loud or obnoxious. It’s also a 15-20 minute walk to Canal City.

Room was very clean. Laundry room with microwave and vending machines was clean and easily accessible. I loved that the room TV showed the status of the laundry machines. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed, even when there was a small language barrier. The breakfast was delicious.
