Took about 24hrs to get a reply to our written request on the code from customer service. Luckily we got a native speaker to call and get the code the same night as checkin but still a bad experience. CHECK IN process is not very good.  Walk 1min to Canal City, and there is also a Lawson and a restaurant nearby.  this room type is a bit small. If it were bigger, I think I would stay there again next time  早上有直昇機聲音響不停, 不知是什麼機械聲在河的上方In the morning, there was a sound of helicopters ???
