"This is our third year staying in this house. It works great for our large extended family. Great area, across the street from the beach. This part of IOP is not crowded, little traffic and beautiful views. The house is spacious. We like the super large dining room table where everyone can eat together. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances great. All the bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was decent sized, clean and the young grandkids loved it. The only 2 complaints are the living room couches are years past their end dates and the TV was outdated 15 years ago. Small complaints but given TVs are so inexpensive would be an easy fix."

"Absolutely great house! Just steps to the beach. The host and property manager were amazing, very responsive to any question. We loved the porches (with the fans), beach towels were provided and a lot of amenities. Extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this house!!!!"

"Loved this ground level apartment. It was very clean. We loved eating breakfast on the ocean front porch and watching the bunnies play. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a close walk to beach which was beautiful. Would stay here again!"
