Views, views, views!! This condo has been updated and is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and enjoy breathtaking views of the beach. Located on the third floor of the Tidewater Villas, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo has all of the features and amenities you could want. Plush comfy pillows and new bedding will make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. As you enter this charming condo, you will see a spacious foyer and an eat-in kitchen that opens up to the living room area and screened porch. This standout condo on the top floor of Building I, features a screened porch overlooking the community pool, (only for owners and renters of Tidewater), and a spiral staircase leading to a loft area and roof-level lookout balcony (no elevator access to loft or rooftop). This is the PERFECT place to take in the views or watch the sunrise. The loft hosts a bonus twin daybed with twin trundle bed, and flat screen Smart TV. Only third floor units provide the extra loft space and lookout deck. This condo boasts plenty of living space with a bonus covered outdoor sitting area by the front door, only offered by units that are on the end of either side of the building. Come enjoy your stay at this condo today! The Wild Dunes gated community provides seclusion while only being minutes from the Downtown Charleston hustle and bustle. The Tidewater Villas community has a private pool for its residents on-site which is open seasonally April-end of September (pool not heated or cooled). No pets, and no smoking permitted. \* Isle of Palms is a barrier island, cell service cannot be guaranteed, please plan accordingly.\* Vehicle Capacity: 2 (strictly regulated by Wild Dunes) \* Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes\* \*\*ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. The condo is steps from the beach. The pool got crowded with a baseball team that had rented almost the entire property the week we were there so we didnt enjoy it much. The condo was clean and the screened in porch was great for morning coffee and card games. Wish we didnt have to go to the rental office to pick up the code. Wish there was better communication that outdoor pool would not be open during our stay. That was a disappointment. We tried to reach out to maintenance twice about minimal issue. First time waited on hold forever with an island realty rep and they never connected maintenance. Next time waited on hold for 8 min to then be told to call back during normal hours. So texted them.
