"We had a fun week on the IOP. This villa is lovely and was very well stocked with supplies. Our host was very helpful during our planning stage and stayed in touch to insure we had everything we needed. She even checked on us after a storm blew through. Check in and out was very simple. "

"A lot to love about the property, beach front views, staff and availability of additional ‘pay to play’ amenities. Tip for families on a ‘budget’: Our family of 5 spent $100 plus for on property lunch or dinners without alcoholic drinks - even just ordering burgers and chicken fingers. Lyft & Uber price gouge in the area - 2x what we pay in Ohio. Most on property shops, restaurants, and bars close at 9pm. There are no lifeguards at the pools - if pool towels aren’t returned by 9pm you are subject to a $25 charge per towel. Minor issues - coffee maker didn’t work in kitchen, bath tub drain did not work, found leftover pizza in oven from prior renters. "

"The condo is in a great location, 20 minutes to Charleston and steps away from the beach and pool! Everything was very comfortable and clean. "

"I was charged for damage that absolutely was not there when we checked out. I suppose in the future I need to take a video walk through before I check out. The master bedroom had protective edging on a corner wall that would repeatedly fall off. I would simply place it back on the corner using the baseboard as leverage. In my eyes it simply needed glued back on permanently. Three days after checkout I received a text message stating that I would be charged for drywall damage. I explained what I experienced with the edging piece and then received an image of drywall missing from that same corner. None of which was missing when we left. The protective edging was not found. I won’t share our overall experience as I don’t want to seem spiteful. The only thing that matters to me is that they can charge me without any consumer protection. Lesson learned."
