We’ve got a nearby vet clinic, pet stores, and even an emergency pet clinic in Mount Pleasant for your peace of mind. Pet fees are based on weight, and will be added to your booking as an extra guest fee.

No Pets? No Problem!: We make sure there’s no trace of previous pets, so you can rest easy during your stay.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25 at all of our properties. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED We are not able to accommodate pets at all of our properties, and some of our properties do have restrictions. Please seek pre-approval for pets if your booking is dependent on including one.

For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.

The beach is a short walk, and the pool is enjoyable in the late afternoons. Our updated rental was clean and decorated adorably with all the comforts of home! Perfect for our Beach Trip!

My daughter and I loved this property and overall experience with Beth. Great communication throughout and the property was well positioned to the beach entrance as well as all of our favorite restaurants. The unit itself was laid out very well and spacious and we lacked for nothing while there for 4 days. Would highly recommend this property!

Just perfect!

Everything about stay was perfect. This condo was clean, spacious, cozy and just all around amazing. We had a family of four and there was plenty of space. The walk to the beach is shorter than what I have experienced in ocean front properties. Beth went above and beyond from the time we booked our stay. You can't beat great customer service and this place has that plus more!! I wish I could more than 5 stars!

Great Little Place

This was perfect for my wife and me. It was very clean, well stocked even with beach chairs/cart. Very convenient to multiple restaurants (including 2 across the street), shopping, and, of course, the beach. Only negative (tiny one for us) is very little view of ocean/beach from the apartment/patio/walkway. We will stay here again next time.

Perfect getaway

Loved the location. Walked to Acme Low Country restaurant for excellent food. Quiet, perfect set up for a couple. We had a rental car for trips to Charleston etc. Would love to come back again.

Cutest little Beach Getaway

We loved our little "Beach Cottage" as my kids called it. It was clean, spacious and just perfect for us 3. Thank you for being so accommodating to our needs! I highly recommend this place for a family of 2-3. Perfect size, and we loved the sand toys and beach chairs that were in the closet. Beth the manager went about and beyone for us! 5 Stars!

Ocean Inn Stay

This property was wonderful! It is in a wonderful location right across the street from the beach and short walking distance to all restaurants and bars with a gas station right behind it. The condo has been remodeled and has a wonderful shower. Very nice to be able to have our dog stay with us. Beth from the rental company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Will be coming back.
