« My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep here. A couple of downsides though. First, the Wifi uses a login page and disconnects ever so frequently. The internet speed also slows down after some...

« This Hotel is quite good in as far as its fairly new and strong and with stood 3 Earth quakes while i was there 7.4 - 5.4 -6.9 and did relativily little damage so was pleased with that aspect . Hotel is in in a strong moslem area with nothing here to interest the western foreigner except if you want to listen to the Mosque early morning and night and have a speaker close to Hotel . Walking distance to the beach No food around here and definately no Beer . Hotel food is Rice or Noodle...

« Unable to find accomodation, no signage, address leads to a different hotel. Walked blocks and blocks around mapped location. No response from property. Frustrating in the heat with a small child. Never had this experience anywhere, no effort from homestay to contact myself when check in did not occur. »

« DIRTIEST hotel I have ever stayed in and I've been in a few. Been in Indo for a month and this was my 6th room, hair was every where, not mine, mold bigger than a pizza, no soap, towel or toilet paper. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned in months, no hot water. Pictures are a decade old, walls are covered in grime and what was under the bed gave me nightmares. Slightly better than sleeping in the streets. Sheets were clean and the door had a lock. »

"Pas d'accueil digne de ce nom. Une nana nous a amené jusqu'à la chambre, nous a donné les clefs et est partie sans rien nous dire. L'état de la chambre est très abîmé et très vieux. Des fissures. Le rideau qui ne tient pas. Le robinet mal fixé. Rien a voir avec les photos. On n'a même pas voulu voir le restaurant Pour le prix de la chambre, c'est inadmissible. On est partis au grand hôtel d'à côté..."

"Depuis le jour de notre arrivée ils n’arrivaient pas à accepter qu’on a pris l’hôtel en demi-pension chaque dîner a avait le droit d’attendre l’accord de je ne sais pas qui et surtout les avertissements vous n’avez pas le droit aux plats premium je ne sais pas s’ils avaient le droit de le faire et on nous prévenait à chaque dîner que les boissons sont payantes Une soirée on a attendu deux heures et on n’a même pas eu le dîner il y avait des tables qui sont arrivées après nous qui étaient servies et pas nous et quand on appelle le serveur oui cinq minutes Deux jours avant la fin du séjour on a eu la réflexion qu’il restait deux jours pour partir"
