Empty pool etc. rooms are good but small details lacking - nowhere to hang towels for example. Feels a bit hit and miss but overall vibe ok and staff are lovely "
"We were very impressed with the hotel , staff and restaurant food. The images in Expedia reflected the reality. The hotel is perfectly placed for sunsets with Mt Agung in the distance. We would place the sunsets ahead of Santorini in Greece! The staff were so friendly (thank you Astin). The only minor issue was the massage from the hotel spa - it lacked attention and finesse.
That said, we would definitely return"
