"Love this hotel! So beautiful and well maintained. The city view is amazing! My only gripes are that they dont have a hand soap dispenser for the bathroom sink, only a soap bar. Their refrigerator is more of a drink cooler and there is no microwave. I know many hotels no longer have microwaves in the room."

"We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time our first room had a smoke smell to it so I went back to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, no questions asked. I was very appreciative since we didn’t want our clothes to smell as we went out. The rooms are great! Clean, good amenities, and beautiful views! The location is walkable and close to a great little bakery. Parking is one of the cheaper in SF and is very secure, you have to key in and out of the gate."

"Honestly I would highly recommend this hotel. There were a few annoying factors. Since I used the app there is a self check-in, which did not work for me or the traveler next to me. We had had a long ride to the hotel and just wanted to check in quietly and it became very annoying. Once the employee helped me check in all was good. Loved the pool area and walk to various attractions."
