"DARLING motel. Will absolutely stay again."

"There’s no room service if you stay 2 nights. That’s literally why I chose a hotel and it an air bnb. The pool was cold and does not have heat. The bathroom floor looked like mold in room 213. The carpet was dirty when barefoot it would stain our feet. The breakfast food was actually good. I’d recommend it if you’re just there to sleep and eat breakfast to go do something around San Diego. I went in as a local to relax and enjoy the hotel but it’s not good for that. You get what you pay for."

"The overall stay was great. I stay here often whenever I come down to San Diego. However, I think the bath tub can be a bit more clean. The WiFi does what it needs but it can be slow at times. And the pool area needs some attention as towels were constantly out of stock."

"La habitación y el lugar todo bien, limpieza, espacio del cualquier y la alberca aunque no entre se miraba limpia…. Lo único malo es el ruido, las ventanas están tan delgadas que se escucha todo el ruido de afuera muy fuerte, creía estaba mi ventana abierta y cual fue mi sorpresa al ver que estaba cerrada. La gente hizo mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la noche, clientes con sus perros ladrando y gritando hasta las 2-3 am. Yo sé no pueden tener un control sobre el comportamiento de la gente, pero tal vez deberían revisar las ventanas para que el ruido sea menos."

"This hotel knew the room they rented me had no AC. They did not inform me when I booked nor when I checked in. This is a deceptive practice and is completely unacceptable. I had to find new accommodations at the last minute. "

"Horrible support at the front desk, they told me they could not find my reservation with no help from them, I had to communicate Hotels support to fix the problem."

"On the first night, one of your staff members went at midnight to try to test out a key in the room that I was in and see if he was able to have access to the room. I was very startled and scared. The next morning his reasoning was that the prior person staying there was trying to stay in the same room, which made no sense. "
